Delivery and Returns FAQ
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Freight is free for all orders over $125.00 purchased through our online store excluding bulky items (see below). All orders purchased through our online store under $125.00 incur a freight charge of $10.00. The method of delivery will be at the discretion of The Tackle Warehouse. The abovementioned freight charges are not applicable to purchases made at our store located at 436 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill, Queensland.
Bulky items: All rods over 150cm and Items weighing 5kg actual or cubic weight are classified as a ‘bulky items’. A flat rate of $30 will be charged if an order contains any such items on checkout.
International
International freight charges are calculated on the size and weight of the parcel and the delivery destination. For a cost on delivery please email info@tacklewarehouse.com.au with the items you would like to purchase and the delivery address and we will provide you with the shipping costs.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver everywhere within Australia including PO Boxes, business addresses and home addresses. (you may need to sign – so a work address is usually better). We also ship to most international countries. Please email us at info@tacklewarehouse.com.au to discuss your individual needs.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders within Australia will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days in most cases. The method of delivery will be at the discretion of The Tackle Warehouse.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
You may request to give our freight companies the Authority To Leave (ATL) your parcel on your premises, without a proof of delivery signature. If you request this method of delivery The Tackle Warehouse does not take responsibility for any parcel/s that goes missing.

Refund Policy for Changing Your Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we are happy to assist you. However, please note the following:
- Eligibility: You may return the item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Refund Process:
- A refund will be issued for the cost of the item, minus any shipping and handling fees.
- Any financial transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) incurred during the purchase will also be deducted from the refund.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for its return journey to avoid any damage.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If the item is found to be damaged or used, a full refund may not be issued.
- Final Decision: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If Your Goods are Faulty
1. Warranty Coverage: All goods sold are guaranteed to be free from defects or faults. The warranty is non-transferable.
2. Repair/Replacement: If a product is defective, the manufacturer will prioritise repair or replacement. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund or exchange will be offered.
3. Warranty Validity: The warranty only applies to goods purchased from The Tackle Warehouse.
4. Warranty Voiding: The warranty will be voided if the product has been mishandled, mis-installed, tampered with, abused, or physically damaged in any way.
5. Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or the invoice number must be provided for warranty claims.
6. Shipping Responsibility: The Tackle Warehouse is not responsible for any parcels lost in transit during return shipping.
7 Refunds:
- If "Free Shipping" was used, the full order price will be refunded.
- If shipping was paid by the customer, the refund will include both the price of the goods and the shipping costs.
- In case the product is deemed faulty by The Tackle Warehouse or the manufacturer, return shipping will be reimbursed.
8. Currency and Tax: Refunds will be issued in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.
Should your purchase be made through AfterPay/Zip/PayPal a refund transaction fee of 6% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund price if you have changed your mind. This fee covers the AfterPay/Zip/PayPal transaction costs which The Tackle Warehouse incurred for the purchase of your items. AfterPay/Zip/PayPal does not refund this transaction cost to The Tackle Warehouse even if the items have been returned.
We will notify AfterPay/Zip/PayPal of your return and your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that the refund amounts are taken off the last payment(s) first. If at least one payment has been made in relation to the purchase, and the refunded amount is greater than the amount outstanding, the difference between these amounts will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order. The bank may take 5-7 days to refund the money to your card.
